Thank you for using AIDeepEconomics!

These Terms of Use apply to your use of our AI models, infrastructure services for companies, client messaging solutions, and research in AI and economics, along with any associated software applications and websites (collectively, “Services”). These Terms form an agreement between you and AIDeepEconomics, a Uruguayan company. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Although it does not form part of these Terms, it is an important document that you should read.

Who We Are

AIDeepEconomics is a company dedicated to creating AI models, developing infrastructure solutions for data handling, client messaging, and conducting research in AI and economics. For more information about AIDeepEconomics, please visit our website.

Registration and Access

Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Services.

Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information to register for an account. You may not share your credentials or make your account available to others, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you create or use an account on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Using Our Services

What You Can Do

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services. You must comply with all applicable laws and any other guidelines or policies we provide.

What You Cannot Do

You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you may not:

• Use our Services in a way that infringes or violates anyone’s rights.
• Modify, copy, lease, sell, or distribute any of our Services.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code or underlying components.
• Automatically extract data or Output.
• Represent that Output was human-generated when it was not.
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services.
• Use Output to develop models that compete with AIDeepEconomics.

Software and Third-Party Services

Our Services may include downloadable software that updates automatically. We may also include open-source software governed by its own licenses.

Our Services may integrate third-party software, products, or output (“Third-Party Services” or “Third-Party Output”) subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for them.

Feedback

We appreciate your feedback, and you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation.

Content

Your Content

You are responsible for any input or output (“Content”) generated by your use of our Services and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide such Input.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your Input and own the Output. We assign to you all rights, title, and interest, if any, in the Output. However, similar outputs may appear for other users due to the nature of AI.

Our Use of Content

We may use Content to provide, maintain, and improve our Services, comply with the law, and ensure security.

Opt-Out

If you do not want your Content used to train our models, you can opt-out via our Help Center instructions. This may limit certain functionalities.

Accuracy

Outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate. You must evaluate them before relying on or sharing them. Outputs should not be used for legal, medical, or other decisions affecting individuals.

Our IP Rights

We and our affiliates own all rights to the Services. You may only use our name and logo according to our Brand Guidelines.

Paid Accounts

Billing

Provide accurate billing information. Subscription renewals are automatic until canceled. Taxes apply where required. Non-payment may result in suspension.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, violate laws, or pose a risk. Inactivity over one year may also lead to termination.

Appeals

If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may appeal to our Support team.

Discontinuation

If we discontinue a Service, you will receive prior notice and refunds for unused prepaid portions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnity

If you are a business, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIDeepEconomics and affiliates from third-party claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Arbitration and Waivers

You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, unless you opt out within 30 days. Class actions and jury trials are waived.

Informal Resolution

Before arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting Support. If unresolved after 60 days, arbitration may proceed.

Batch Arbitration

If many similar claims are filed, they may be grouped and arbitrated together in batches.

Exceptions

Small claims and requests for equitable relief are exempt from arbitration.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe your intellectual property rights are infringed, contact our Support team. We may disable or remove infringing content and terminate repeat offenders.

General Terms

• Assignment: You may not transfer rights under these Terms without consent. We may assign ours to affiliates or successors.
• Changes: We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice if materially adverse to you.
• Delay in Enforcement: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
• Trade Controls: You must comply with export control and sanctions laws.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AIDeepEconomics.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Uruguayan law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Uruguay.
